Esteemed by his peers and mentors, Pastor Tony is a people-centered, principle-focussed and purpose-driven leader. He has a track record of proven management and leadership gifts, cultivated since his youth in various leadership capacities. In the Singapore Armed Forces, Tony was a recipient for the Best Officer Cadet in the Officer Cadets School. His obvious passion in leadership development through disciplemaking is invigorating and his faith in God is inspiring.

A graduate wth Honours from the Singapore Bible College (1990), he is married to Choy Mei and has two sons, Timothy and Noah.
