Dr Don D. Cua is the Senior Pastor and Founder of Philadelphia Christian Fellowship, Manila, Philippines. As a missionary medical doctor he practices as a Consultant in Family Medicine and Community Health and serves as Medical Director of Touch Hearts Touch Lives Medical Ministries. A man with a passion for disciple making in the innercity communities, Dr Don has traveled widely in his ministry as Chairman of the Philippines Council of Evangelical Churches Men's Commission; National Coordinator, Men of Promise, Philippines; Faculty member of Haggai Institute, World Teach Ministries and Biblical Training Centre for Pastors. He is married to Elenita Reyles Cua and both blessed with 3 children.

Many people in the inner city have not heard of the Lord Jesus Christ. Come and learn how a local church has transformed the lives of many people living in the inner city by being witnesses of Christ to lives being transformed - men and women have ceased yielding to vices and drug addictions, marriages renewed, shattered homes restored and broken relationships reconciled. People will not care how much you know, until they know how much you really care.

The work at Philadelphia Christian Fellowship has become a catalyst that is continually bringing moral and spiritual recovery to hundreds of souls in the inner cities. A practical approach to problems of transforming the inner cities to follow Christ will be discussed.

What is a man? What does being a man really mean? To minister to men today, needs our understanding of the meaning of their gender that influences how they function in life and in society -understanding of the concept of who they are, that condition their behavior, affects their relationships with others and impact their performance. Our understanding of manhood and the kind of social behavior that such understanding produces, consequently affects the matrix of human relationships in the larger context of society...

Our nations needs REAL MEN today, men who live out the design that God originally intended for the man when He created him-as lover of God and lover of his wife and family.Our culture has been in deep trouble because of its loss of a vision for MANHOOD. We have so many broken men producing broken lives, broken families, and consequently, a broken NATION. It takes only ONE generation to change the future of a nation.

This workshop helps men discover their identity in Christ Jesus, help them build a ministry where men can study biblical principles of work, home and recreation and discuss practical principles of how to grow a group of men who will hold one another accountable for how they spend their time, energy and money as disciples of Christ.
